CANCELLATION POLICY
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following: Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for late reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened to avoid impacting the next guest. Illness Policy If you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, COVID-19, flu-like symptoms, etc.), please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. For the health and safety of all clients, appointments may be declined if you arrive visibly ill. Please notify me as soon as you become sick. While I understand illnesses are unexpected, my cancellation policy still applies to appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Minors Policy Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at their appointment. A parent or legal guardian must be present to complete and sign all required consent forms before any service can be performed. Services cannot be provided without signed consent. Guest Policy To maintain a calm, comfortable environment and because of the limited space in the studio, only the client receiving the service is permitted in the treatment room.
